Chair Yoga: New Date Tuesday, October 23

Chair yoga is an excellent alternative to traditional yoga. Instead of a mat, the participant sits in a chair or stands next to it, using the chair as support. Staying seated means that even frail seniors or those who are not flexible can safely enjoy the exercise. Yoga can help loosen painful muscles, reduce stress, improve circulation, and build strength and balance.

This class will be on Tuesday, October 23 in Fellowship Hall from 10:00 am - 11:30 am and will be led by Terrie Daniels from Brooke Grove Retirement Village. Register by October 21.
